ITALIAN CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR DIES OF CORONAVIRUS

It is all tears in the Italian Medical sphere and the world at large. This is as Roberto Stella, the chief medical director of Italy dies of Coronavirus.

The report stated that the president of the Medical Guild of Varese, Roberto Stella, has died of coronavirus. He was aged 67.

Stella died on Tuesday in Como, Italy, after being hospitalized following his coronavirus diagnosis. CNN and ABC News reported, citing a local Italian outlet.

Meanwhile, the Italian medical chief was hospitalized for respiratory failure, stemming from the disease, CNN reported.

However, the Italian National Federation of Doctors and General Practitioners has issued a statement following the news mourning Stella’s death.

The federation’s secretary Silvestro Scotti told CNN thus:

“He was the example of the capability and hard work of family doctors. His death represents the outcry of all colleagues who still today are not equipped with the proper individual protection needed,”

In the meantime, Italy has reported 12,462 cases of coronavirus and at least 827 deaths, ABC News reported.

Regrettably, as the coronavirus continues to spread, Italy has enforced a nationwide lockdown.

Moreover, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announced earlier that bars, restaurants, salons and other business will close, BBC reported.

In a new development, China’s department of foreign affairs have accused the United states of deception and conspiring to damage the peoples republic of China’s image and global credentials.

Notwithstanding, WHO is still urging people to adopt stipulated safety measures to avoid getting the disease.

WHO had earlier declared Global pandemic on Emergency” as the coronavirus continues its’ havoc.
