Xenophobia: Another xenophobic attack on foreigners is ongoing in South Africa today.

Not less than two people have been injured in renewed xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

However, the attacks according to a sources, started some hours ago.

This was as a result of armed protesters that stormed the streets of Johannesburg demanding the departure of foreigners.

According to the source, the protest which led to attacks, started in the Yeovile area in central Johannesburg.

The source disclosed that the identities of the injured foreigners have not yet been confirmed.

Meanwhile, a South African indegene stated thus: “African foreigners from different countries have come out ready to stand together and fight the citizens. That is why there is protest”.

Above all, the renewed xenophobic attack has led many people indoors. Especially foreigners.

While those caught in the crossfire ran helter-skelter for safety.
