PEACE SUMMIT: JONATHAN MET AFRICAN LEADERS

Former Nigerian president, Goodluck Ebelemi Jonathan was in Niamey yesterday for a Peace summit Forum.

Jonathan expressed joy and gladness for having yet another opportunity to meet many West African leaders.

In his Facebook handle, Jonathan stated this about the peace summit:

“In Niamey for peace consultations, I was honoured to have met many West African leaders who also came here for the extraordinary summit of heads of state of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

I commend the Government and people of Niger for their efforts towards transforming the capital city Niamey into a destination of choice for important international meetings and conferences”.

The former head of state further posted many pictures of his with some African leaders.

Among the pictures was one with the present Nigerian Vice president, Yemi Osinbajo.
