PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION – PDM WITHDRAWS PETITION AGAINST BUHARI.

PDM ( Peoples Democratic Movement), has filled application to withdraw its petition against president Mohammadu Buhari’s victory in the last election.

PDM had earlier filed a petition challenging the outcome of the last presidential election won by President Muhammadu Buhari.

President Buhari contested under the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Peoples Democratic Movement’s (PDM) lawyer, Aliyu Lemu told the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) that his client has instructed him to apply for withdrawal of the petition.

It was not stated if the movement will come out with alternative agenda.

Moreover, the ruling party, APC has not made any statement about this.
